Cream Cheese Chocolate Chip Cookies

In a big bowl, cream together 1 cup Crisco, 1 cup butter, 2 cups sugar and one 8 ounce package of cream cheese. When that’s all together, add 4 tsp vanilla, 2 tsp salt. Add in 4 cups of flour, slowly. Then add one bag of chocolate chips.

Put it in dropped teaspoons on an ungreased cookie sheet at 375 degrees, for about 10-12 minutes, or until the tops of the cookes are golden brown. It makes a lot of cookies.

Best part: no eggs, no salmonella dangers, you can eat the dough raw! Yahoo!
